I  understand that things come up and I want to be flexible with you, a valued customer.   I am running a small business and put a lot of work into all that I create.  I hope that you will find these policies fair.  Thank you for your understanding.

 

For any program in the $25 to $75 price range:  If you cancel up to 30 days before the workshop you will receive a refund minus a $10 processing fee.  If you cancel within 30 days before the workshop I will refund half of the price of the workshop.

 

For a weekend or full day workshop:  A $100 deposit is required to reserve your space.  If you cancel up to 30 days before the workshop you will receive a refund minus a $50 processing fee.  If you cancel within 30 days before the workshop you will forfeit your deposit and we will refund the rest.

For the Intensive:  If you cancel 30 days before the beginning of the program you will receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee. If you cancel within 30 days of the program you will forfeit the $150 deposit.
